Conditions remain very dry and loose, predominantly in areas with higher sun exposure on the face of the hill. Rain is forecasted for the weekend so it should help conditions quite a bit for the coming days. As always, please refrain from riding when trails are saturated and you are leaving a defined tread in the trail.
Forecasts are calling for heavy rain Wednesday afternoon through Thursday morning, so please bear in mind that if trails are wet we ask to not ride and give a few hours for things to dry out. Our trails have handled the increased rainfall this year fairly well, but we still want to exercise caution to avoid damage. We will announce if we plan to do a full closure depending on weather. Otherwise, trails are riding in good shape
Trails have held up quite well after the rain, and are in good shape to ride. It is still wet in areas but tread is firm overall. Rocks and roots will be slick for some time so please be cautious when riding.
At this time we ask that all traffic keep off of the trails until they have had a chance to dry after about 2" of heavy rain last night, and for us to go through the system and check for any damage.
